All plants, fish, shrimp, and other live products are natural and may vary in size, colour, and appearance from the images shown on our website.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Product prices and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Live Plants & Livestock

Live products may experience stress, leaf loss, melting, or minor damage during transit. Proper acclimation and care of live products are the customer's responsibility.

5. DOA & Damage Claims

Any DOA or major transit-damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live products, returns are generally not accepted. Refunds or replacements will be considered only for eligible and verified cases.

7. Pre-Bookings

Pre-booked or imported products are subject to supplier availability, shipping, customs, and other potential delays. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and maintaining suitable conditions for plants, fish, shrimp, and other products after delivery.

9. Liability

AltumX is not responsible for losses caused by improper care, acclimation, customer negligence, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
